Parish of Malvern Wells – All Saints ward

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that a casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for the Parish Council following the resignation on 01/11/22 of Councillor Daniel Booker

If by 21/11/22 (within 14 days)* a request for an election to fill said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer at the address below by TEN electors** for the said Parish ward, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.

If an election is called, it will take place not later than 17/02/23 (within 60 days) *

It is helpful if the ten signatures are accompanied by printed names and addresses.
