Dementia Cafes

Age UK Herefordshire and Worcestershire run 9 Dementia Cafes across Worcestershire, one of them is at Barnards Green Cricket Club in Barnards Green, Malvern. It runs every second Tuesday of the month, 14:00 – 16:00pm. Another is at Upton Baptist Church in Upton Upon Severn, that runs every third Monday of the month 14:00 – 15:30 pm, Refreshments and activities are provided in a supportive and relaxed environment. The cafés are here to provide support and information for people living with mild to moderate Dementia, their carers, friends, and family. Occasionally we get visitors in for example a local Ukulele Band, Morris Dancers, local history talks and artefacts to look at and more.
