Planning

The Parish Council are notified by the District Council of all applications within Malvern Wells. The Parish Council do not approve or reject applications, they make comments and recommendations in the same way that residents do.

Planning applications are reviewed by the full Council at the monthly meeting. Sometimes an additional meeting will be called if there is a high volume of applications or they are complex.
